📣We’re Hiring: Centre Manager

The Space @ Field Lane is looking for a part-time Centre Manager to help lead our community hub into its next chapter.

🕒 Hours: 25 hours per week, across 3 days (flexible)

💷 Salary: £32,000–£35,000 FTE (pro rata)

📅 Deadline: Friday 26th September 2025

This is a hands-on, people-focused role – perfect for someone organised, community-minded and ready to make a difference. You’ll manage the day-to-day running of the hub, support staff and volunteers, and work with our Board of Trustees to grow The Space as a vibrant, inclusive place for all ages.
